The Service Charter sets out the commitments and standards of ADR Tel S.p.A. and the rights of its customers regarding the provision of the service in the geographical areas of business.
The Charter has been drawn up in compliance with the directive of the President of the Council of Ministers dated 27 January 1994, the Decree of the President of the Republic no. 318/97, containing the regulation for the implementation of Community directives in the telecommunications sector and Article 11 of Legislative Decree 286/99, as well as taking into account the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 171/98, setting out the provisions on the protection of privacy in the telecommunications sector in implementation of Directive 9/66/EC of the European Parliament and Council and on the subject of journalistic activities, Law 281/98, regulating the rights of consumers and users, Legislative Decree 185/99 implementing Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of remote contracts, Presidential Decree 77/01 on the implementation of Directives 97/51/EC and 98/10/EC, Law 675/96 on the protection of individuals and other subjects as regards the processing of personal data and Presidential Decree 318/97 on the implementation of Community directives in the telecommunications sector.
